Rambos was flying. he had no idea were he was. suddently he saw another owl about his age. "Hi!" he siad.

Nightmare flew next to Nina. Nina smiled at him. she whisperd quietly so only barn owls could hear. "I dont like her very much." Nightmare nodded.

Moon fluffed her feathers. "Thanks." she choked up the words.

Kay looked up excited. "My first mission!" she said excitedly then fly around the hallows.

Are you alright,Zula said to rambos.

(Um... you still have a long fly before you get to Rambos. Rambos is were matar is.)

( oh i thought he was talking to one of us) "who here is in the weather chaw because i feel a nasty storm coming and were flying in the ice narrows" spotted owls are very sensitive to atmospheric pressure changes.

Nina lissioned to the sound of the wind. "Yeah sounds like the winds picking up. I think we should land." She siad.

"Theres an ice berg lets land there and hope to glaux that there are no puffins". Zula lighted down and to her horror there was a whole colony of puffins."Oh no".

Nightmare and Nina landed. "What a bother..." he sighed. He looked to thier snowy singer wondering what she thought of the puffins.

Well seeing as this is an ice storm we will have to be forced to stay. has anyone eaten because if you get hungry all we have is fish if the puffins will allow it . course we will dearie we might be dumb but we wouldnt keep another bird from havin somthin to eat.(this is the way they talk in the books) Well thats the smartest thing ive ever heard a puffin say,Zula whispered.

"I like puffins!" Siad Nina. "I think there cute." Nightmare stared at Nina blankly. She likes puffins? he thought.

Tundra was exited because the northern kingdoms was were he was born and were he had learned to fight. Tundra sighed happily and looked at moon wondering how she felt being in the northern kingdoms. He thought she looked peaceful and pretty silhouetted against the walls of ice that surrounded them.(i should right this stuff down and make a book out of it)

Nightmare gazed at the ocean. He tilted his head to side as he watched it moveing his head with the waves. Nina watched him curiosly.

"The storm is starting to clear up" said zula "so we should start flying again just before first black"."Until then everyone should get some sleep".*hard enough without all those puffins squawking there huge orange beaks off*.

Moon yawned then picked at the ice, she lied down and tried to sleep. "Shut it! Noisy puffins!" Kayleigh yelled at a puffin then curled up with Moon to keep wwarm.

Matar had heard the rhythmic wing beats of an approaching owl for quite some time before its greeting entered the air, but still he was startled by the sudden ‘hi!’ from the other fledgling that seemed to materialize out of the darkness. In fact, he was so startled that his own wings faltered, stalling for a moment and with muscle tightening so quickly that he couldn’t fight it. The boy fell to the ground, which luckily wasn’t too far away. The great horned landed with a thud, and a subsequent groan, before rolling himself over and immediately hopping to his talons. He opened his beak menacingly in the direction of the intruder. Wings, regaining their bearings, expanded out beside him, and in likewise fashion his feathers puffed up in an attempt to seem larger than he truly was. The young male was surely frightened, having just been startled out of the air. Eyes quickly focused on the other fledgling, the one that had greeted him, and he relaxed slightly at the young size and seemingly friendly air about the owl. Matar tucked his wings to his sides slowly, coughing as he did so in order to clear his voice of the dust that likely clogged his throat from all of his crash landings. “Ack-claguh. A-heemm. Hello? Who’re you?” Regardless of his efforts his voice still managed to seem too juvenile and also too raspy.
