He gave her a weak nod and picked the little jaguar up by his scruff quickly. "Omay. C'mern." He said through the skin and fluff happily, trotting through the water and stopping every once and awhile, waiting for Zahra to keep up.

Zahra smiled gratefully and started limping, following La'keem. She made sure that he didn't get out of her sight, because then not only will she not know if he and Cuxtal were alright, and because she'd be alone in this nightmare. Then suddenly, she lost her balance in the water and fell, but quickly stood back up. No damage, she thought, then she realized the fall has made her injury somewhat worse. She grunted, then started limping forward again, now hardly able to see through the pounding rain.

The next time the animals sleep, they all get a dream. Each experiences it differently, but it means the same: The forest will flood, go into the highlands.

La'keem frowned and fell into step beside her, matching her slow pace. "You okay?" He asked in a loud voice, yet it barely carried over the howling winds.


(*facewing* Get to the highlands or maybe find I and Mid's chars?)

Miles woke up after a strange dream, he heard loud drops of rain. He went outside. He saw a bit of water come towards him. He ran to higher grounds. Not wanting to drown in the flood.

Zahra nodded. "I'm fine.." She said, trying to be loud enough so that La'keem could hear over the rain. She looked down at her paws. The water already seems to be flooding even more. Terrified, she started limping faster, even though she now had a horrible shooting pain in her leg.

La'keem frowned and let Zahra lean on him. "Don't worry." He murmured through the scruff.

Zahra smiled gratefully, and leaned somewhat on him. She then looked up and saw what they have been heading to- The highlands! Relieved from just seeing them, she took a deep breath and continued to limp towards the highlands. "Were almost there" She panted, hardly loud enough for anyone to hear.

He didn't hear what she said, but he assimed it must have been how close they were. Keem was happy to find out the water was decreasing the higher up they went up, however the storm seemed to just come on relentlessly.
