Meerkat/Predator RP

Lailas sighed heavily, wanting to just curl up and fall asleep. She slowly wandered into the bolthole, about to just flop into the dirt that very second, but she smelld the air. More meerkats? Oh no, did she stumble into a Commando's den, or a even more fierce rival? The female hesitated before stepping a little more into the burrow. "Hello?" She called timidly, eyes wide.

Jewel stopped when she heard a someone say something. She knew it was another meerkat now, but what if that meerkat was a danger? "Uh, who's there?" She called back, not sure if she shouldve said anything at all. Once again, she wanted to take off out of the bolthole, but she knew she had to help protect the pups.

(Sorry I haven't been on here.. Didn't know how to start off... Sorry for the fail start....)

SunJewel licked a carcase of a baby gazelle clean. The meal was enough to sooth her stomach for a long while.
She trotted away from the carcase, and heard some sounds. It sounded like meerkats. They were lucky she had just eaten, but she decided to stick around for a while.
She lay down under a rock to keep cool in the sun's rays.
She lay her head down, and let her eyelids droop down over her eyes. She took a deep breath in, and exhaled. All her muscles relaxed, as she slowly fell asleep. After a few minutes, she was finally asleep.

Lailas scuttled deeper into the hole, and as soon as she rounded a bend, she caught sight of a older female and 3(?) pups. One looked deathly ill. "O-oh my, are you okay?"

Jewel watched the other female meerkat closely. Even though this meerkat seemed to be no threat, it was always good to stay cautious, at least to her. When the female asked if the pup (at least I think she was asking if the pup was ok?) she didn't know how to answer, so she simply stared at the female.

"Are you in a... mob?" she whispered in a small voice, as if scared talking louder might upset the dirt.

Jewel didn't want to answer that question, and immediately started hesitating. She looked at Klap, sort of urging him to talk for her, even though he was just a pup. She could tell the other female was in a mob, just because of her clean fur, and she was afraid if she said no that the female would chase her off.

"I just left mine. I... I mean I will... have... whatever. They won't miss me anyways!" She burted unhappily, and fixed her gaze on the sand. "You... you're not gonna kill me are you? Oh no, your mob is, isn't it!" She exclaimed, backing up a step. Lailas paused before adding "oh. You never answered if you were in a mob." She said, wide-eyed and scared.

(-_- I just finished this long, detailed post and then my laptop overheated just as I was finishing... This one won't be that detailed this time, because I already forgot half of what I wrote)

Jewel felt better knowing that the other female wasn't in a mob. "It's okay," she said, trying to calm down the female meerkat. "I don't have a mob either." She said, looking down at her paws. She really did miss her mob, her family, but it was obvious she wasn't allowed back. Saddened by the thought, she looked back up at the female, hoping that the subject would change.

Soro had, again, come investigating at the bolt hole, he heard the voices of two females, and heard that they were mobless. Soro quickly moved in to investigate.

(I feel your pain, Mid...That happens a lot when I'm drawing. Like, I was drawing for six hours, I haden't saved it, and I was aaaallllmosst done... then the laptop overheats.)

Lailas nodded hesitantly, but she visably relaxed. Digging her claws into the sand she finally looked up. "I... is she okay?" She asked, staring at the hurt pup now, who eas behind the adult female.

"Who are you"Klap asked this new female backing up towards Antony

"I'm Lailas. What's your name, sweetie?" She asked in a kind voice, a small smile creeping onto her features.

"Don't honey me, what do you want"Klap said angrily

Jewel looked at Klap, trying to tell him not to be so rude without speaking. "She might be able to help. Don't chase her off." She whispered to Klap, hoping the female, called Lailas, wouldn't hear.
