"Scared? Of someone who acted like a Protector of All Squirrels from the Wrath of Psychotic Owls?" She blinked. "You know what, forget the why's and how's, but I'm not scared of you. That is, not for your glowy-ness. To me, what one intends to do with their teeth and claws and bulk matters much more than their bioluminescence." Scuttle crossed her arms, and nodded. That made sense, after all. "I mean, glowing isn't going to mangle my squirrely-self and chop and slash and slice and dice and tear my flesh into strips and bits..." Scuttle grimaced, and looked quite nauseated at the mental images.

No, wait, she forgot the question. She grinned sheepishly, relieved for a reprieve from her own mind. Who knew that she could release such horrors on herself... "What was the question again?" Scuttle hadn't meant to go off on a tangent, but... oh well. "Right, creepiness. Well, glowing wolf-dogs are, in my opinion, as creepy as wolf-dogs who help out squirrels. And you're both! And, see, I kinda rolled in your glowy-ness with your wolfishness. And so, once I accepted that you weren't gonna eat me, well... that's about as strange as you can get. Why shouldn't you glow and all? And, so... yeah."

"Basically, you're weird even without the glowing thing." Actually, the glowing thing made Scuttle less scared of the dog-wolf. It distracted her from the teeth and crushing jaws and predator-ness, and made her think that Nova was a guardian of the forest or something. Shadow was less credible, but Nova basically desensitized Scuttle to unnatural anomolies.

Nova's ears flicked as Scuttle finished her blabbering. "I... I see?" She murured unsurely and mulled it about in her head. I guess the glowing is kind of cool, if you think of it right.Nova thought distantly, crunching leaves underfoot. "What about my eyes...? No pupils or irises... just...blue.." she muttered slowly.

"So?" Scuttle lifted an ear. "I don't see how that's different from the glowing thing. Although, maybe green would be a better color on you..." She hopped off, then went to face Nova, walking backwards. "Hmm... Yep! Definitely should be green!" She grinned mischievously, then laughed.

Mila walked along the ground looking for something to eat, she then found a log and quietly moved inside. ”Maybe I can stay here for awhile" she thought,
she didn’t find any food inside the log. But she intended to find something outside.

Green? Hmm... Nova laughed slightly as she passed a log, hearing a soft scuffling and the rustle of dried up leaves. She let out a feral snarl before pouncing at the entrance to the log, expecting the Owl to come swooping out to eat the rodent that she had saved in the first place. "Come on out, Owl." She practically purred in a silky voice, crouching low and glaring into the log at the dark shape.

Mila looked up and saw a wolf. She got nervous and ran out the other side of the log hoping that the wolf wouldn’t catch up.
(Nova’s a wolf right? I’m a bit confused cause you said in another post that she was originally a dog...And my post is short again -_-)

(Shes not a wolf, but she looks like one so it's cool. Shes about the size of a labrador, compaired to a true 'wolf', though.)

She narrowed her eerily glowing eyes and snorted. "Oh. Not the Owl." Nova muttered distantly, glaring into the entrance with a long, drawn-out sigh.

KibaPaw and TsumeHeart walked side by side.They came upon a Dog with a squirrel on its neck."What the-?!"TsumeHeart cried,but he was interrupted. KibaPaw bit her brother's ear,as she considered his attempt to cry out rudely,disrespectful."OW! What was that for?!"He cried."Shut up,Tsume!" "What?Why?"He was confused now."You were about to disrespect two other animals.We may as well respect animals who we don't have to fight with." "Fine.Hmph!" That was the end of the fight.

((Scuttle's not on Nova's neck. ...At the moment. xD))

Scuttle shrieked and cowered behind her own paws when Nova suddenly pounced on the log. She snatched up her tail and put it in front of her face, until she heard a confused mutter from Nova dismissing the idea that the psychotic owl was back to haunt her after all. She let her tail drop, then wandered closer to Nova, softly laughing, rather embarassed at her outburst. Really, Skyeler, coming back to eat her... She whipped her head, jumping slightly, at the noisy entrance of two wolves, who were notably larger than Nova. She let out a small squeak and scurried behind one of Nova's paw's, trembling. She had really been surprised. Until they had started talking, she hadn't even noticed them coming.

They were very big, and she was not going to go all buddy buddy on these non-medicine toting, non-tree climbing, and therefore, not squirrel-friendly wolves.

Yeah. She did her homework. She knew exactly what was going to eat her.

And so, Scuttle was going to let Nova do all of the negotiation with these strangers. That is, unless on the off chance Nova decided to betray Scuttle. Psh. If that happened, then she was OUT of there...

Startled, she looked at the two, black and white wolves coldly, ears laying back and lips pulled back over her teeth in a threatening snarl. "Scuttle..." Nova said slowly, her head slightly turning towards the black squirrel but never letting her eyes leave the two. "...Might want to get on right about now."

TsumeHeart glared at his sister."See? I told u they needed no respect!" "Shut up,Tsume!Hi,little squirrel and wolfish dog!My name is KibaPaw and this is my brother,TsumeHeart.Cool glowing! Sorry about my brother.He has NO respect for other animals." KibaPaw bit Tsume on the paw,trying to provoke him to pounce on her,but instead he jsut glared at her and bit her ear."I'mmmmmm TsuuumeHearrt."He muffled an introduction as he still had the ear in his mouth.In turn,KibaPaw bit the skin under his eye.He glared at her irratably,and she held on as he shook her.She fell off once her pinned her to the ground with his paws.

She stared at them with a mask of indignation. "Okay." Nova said slowly, eyes narrowing. They act like pups... The dog thought with a sneer, ears twitching.
