Whenever O quit the game or logout, I come back on with low and and no energy. Why?

Were you attacked or attacking something before you logged out? That's probably why because when you attack or be attacked you get heat of battle (HoB) and if you log out with it your health, energy and I believe fat will get low the next time you get on the game.

If you don't go into shelter when you leave all your stats will be depleted.
