Arctic Survival.

Another 'Survival' roleplay.

No plot, really.

Just survive.

Again, it must be harder than Forest Survival. But also harder than Desert Survival.

Life is tough in the Arctic.

You can be an animal that lives in the Arctic sea all year round, land all the time, or a mix of both. I guess I'll allow animals that only go to the Arctic at certain seasons aswell.

Current time in game:

Dawn.
Morning.
Afternoon.
Dusk/Evening.
Night.
Midnight.

Current season:

Spring
Summer.
Autumn.
Winter.

The season in the roleplay will change every month.

Please follow all roleplay rules and forum rules. However, also use grammar. Spaces after full stops, commas, etc is not needed though.

The form is here:

Accepted. She'll probably have to have trouble hunting, since she wouldn't blend in well.

Little bit but in the spring in the arctic there are some bushes. That's why bunnies are brown in the spring/summer there.xP) Unknown walked through the arctic snow. She spotted an arctic hare den."There must be arctic hare bunnies in there.."She thought aloud. She peeked in.Sure enough, there were bunnies.About 5 dozen of them,if Unknown had gotten this counting thing right."Okay each one represents a dozen like that owl told me so there are 5 dozen!"She thought outloud. (LOL)

She jumped into the hole, forgetting about the parents, and came out with "10 dozen" scratches. She got "7 dozen"Rabbits out of that den.

(Nope)
Blue yawned. Another day, in this beautiful spring. A perfect time to chase tiny creatures. She got up, stretched, and began the day's hunting.

(Both accepted. And as far as I know, there is some snow/ice, including permafrost. In some areas there is not much snow/ice or not at all (Excluding permafrost.), however, some areas with snow/ice.)

Nefri hopped around, looking for grass or weeds to nibble on here and there. She had a bolt hole nearby, and was on edge, as all bunnies should be. After all, many bunnies became food. She wanted to become more fat, because soon it would be breeding season, which meant soon after, there would be babies to take care of, and she'd have to feed many more mouths than hers. That meant that some mouths would be neglected. She worriedly munched on some wildflower. There was always some reason to be fat.

Eira lumbered out of her cave, breathing in the cold, morning air. She shook her creamy coat and sighed as she felt her stomach grumble in hunger. She trotted towards the horizon, where the ocean lay, breaking into a gallop. She could already taste the seal... She grinned and focused on her destination, ignoring the smaller animals that bolted away as she charged on.
Finally, she reached the icy shore, where she knew her prey would be residing. She looked around, not spotting any particularly good hiding spots. With it being spring, a lot of the ice and snow had melted, giving her little to no camouflage. She growled to herself, but then spotted a small dip in the ground, covered in melting ice and shrubbery. She carefully crept into the ditch and looked above the ground, seeing a small group of seals quite far from the water. Eira smiled. Sometimes, this was just too easy. She leapt from her hiding place with a roar and charged towards the small group, watching as they pitifully tried to pull themselves towards the water. She pounced on the closest one, a fairly chubby seal, and clamped her jaws around it's neck. She waited for it to stop squirming, a sign that it had suffocated. She looked at her prey, confirming it was dead and started tearing it's flesh, watching as the rest of the group managed to jump into the water and swim away. Hunting was never particularly pleasant, but it was a necessity to survive and survive she would.
Finishing her meal, she left the carcass for any desperate hunters and licked her blood covered muzzle, striding away from her hunting grounds and back to her cave to sleep.
