How can you be a NPC'S child exactly? If this is not in the right place, feel free to move it

Moving to Support.

You just have to go to "My account" then "Edit Player Game Options" and make sure the first box is checked. Then you should be able to be a NPC's baby. ^^

Main page > My Account > Edit Player Game Options > Check the box next to "Always start playing as an infant animal (a limited number available and only during certain seasons) when starting a new animal."

Then when you start a game in the Spring world, you'll spawn as a random child, NPC nest or Real Person.
