Erica trotted along in the lush forest, every step seemed to have a rhythm. The wind blew through her mane, and the mare started to gallop, towards water.

Magenta trotted towards the forest. She was both hungry and thirsty due to the lack of fresh water and food, and she finally gave up the plains and decided to head into the forest. Maybe there she'd find food and water, where she could actually survive. Magenta currently wasn't with any other horses, and because of that she was getting lonely. She neighed, hoping for a reply as she trotted into the forest. Seems a lot better than the plains. She thought to herself as she halted and looked around.

Sweat drenched the coat of the yearling, she stopped, over-heating. As soon as she stopped, she heard a faint neigh. She neighed back hoping that whoever it was, could hear her. (Short post ;-;)

Magenta just barely heard a replying neigh in the distance. I wonder if they would mind my company.. She asked herself silently. She was desperate to be around other horses again, but she wasn't sure how'd they would react. Magenta decided to take the risk and began galloping towards where she heard the neigh, her mane and tail practically flying as she galloped, wind hitting her face.
