forum permissions

OK, so I was looking around the world 1 management forum, and apparently, i cant reply to or delete my posts in that forum? why is this? i do play in world one but I don't tend to when there is a lot of users, also I'm sorry I'm asking so much, its just that I'm new and don't know much,

The City Hall section which is what I think you are referring to is a place to leave posts as a report, not a place to debate the reports.

You may post reports/topics, though you will not be able to post replies (you can, however, edit your report at any time unless its locked).
Since both WEO and I should have answered your question thoroughly, I'll be locking. ^^
