Cried a few times.
Saddest moment had to be in the first book, when Katniss is singing to Rue. ;^;

But my favorite part was in Catching Fire, when her dress burns away and turns her into the Mockingjay. c: As for favorite characters, I have to say Finnick, Cinna and Katniss are awesome. I cried when Cinna and Finnick died ;__;

Almost ALL the cool characters died/left... Rue, Finnick, Cinna, Prim, Gale(plus too many others). First 3 were my top favorites, too.

I see that a movie is coming out. I am usually skeptical of movies based off of books because they usually lack all the best parts of the book. I saw the trailer and I love the backround music, but the backpack wasn't orange...I'm not sure what to think...

But what about the orange backpack? I didn't see one in the trailer...it wouldn't have been that hard to put in.

I'm a little skeptical of the movie, but I heard the author was watching over the whole production so I'm cautiously optimistic. Kinda iffy on some of the actors they picked, though...

we a book club and were reading the series, i read the first book in one day and i have to wait another week for everyone else to finish so we can move on to catching fire :/

I read all the books in 3 days haha, they're amazing<3 I'm reading them again too, my favourite series ever by far :]

May the odds be ever in your favour people! I think the film looks quite good, I think the girl who is playing katnissa looks quite the part really. Me and all my other friends who love the hunger games are going to see it but I doubt it will be as good as the book.

I've read the whole series. One time I started crying in Geometry and everyone was staring at me. Anyways... I loved it and I call dibs on Peeta <3

And btw I got detention so never read about 12 year olds geting killed in Geometry.

Are the books any good? I am considering getting the books.
