Acess Problems

I was banned for 5 days ( long story) and today im suppose to be able to play. I was able to get on w1 again just earlier but them my laptop battery died so i plugged it back in and went to get back on w1. But now it wont let me, please help i had a nest i was almost done with and friends i was helping!!
