BluePelt smiled at Mystfur."Thanks."She said,and laughed about Mystfur sayign she would become a warrior before she knew it.

"Okay!"BlackKit said.He got the mouse out of the fresh-kill pile,and ran to Fallenleaf."Look what BluePelt taught me how to catch!"He said to Fallenleaf,smiling.

Mystfur purred with amusement, and gently pawed Bluepelt. "Have you done any hunting today?" She asked, wondering if Bluepelt has been out at all yet.

"Yeah."BluePelt smiled."I taught little BlackKit how to catch a mouse to prep him for when he's an apprentice.I'm hoping he'll be mine."BluePelt said,recalling the hunt.

Mystfur nodded, understanding. "Well, I'm going to go on a patrol near Lakeclan territory.." She stopped and thought for a second. "Would you like to come?" She asked, as she stood up.

"Sure!"BluePelt said.She was up for something to do,and this would be fun.

"Alright." Mystfur said happily. "Come on, then" She called over her shoulder as she headed towards the camps entrance.

BluePelt followed MystFur.

Mystfur lead the way to the end of the territory, and sniffed the air. Nothing but regular smells, nothing out of the ordinary. "Have you ever been on a patrol?" She asked Bluepelt, feeling like they had to start a conversation.

"No."BluePelt said.She couldn't smell any lakeclan cats,but she was still on the look out.

Mystfur nodded, and also stayed cautious, and checked in the direction where she couldn't smell any other cats. "Not sure if Dogtooth taught you this," She started, cuffing her paw as she almost stepped on a twig. "Others could always be downwind of you, and because of that you wouldn't be able to smell them. That's why I check every now and then." She said, hoping Bluepelt would enjoy her tip.

BluePelt smiled,being thankful for the tip."Dogtooth hadn't taught me that."She said,thinking about BlackKit.
