Theres one thing i can't figure out on gimp and its that i cant find out how to change the color of the paint. It makes me feel stupid...

just click the colored squer in the corner. Its starts out black I think.

YOU CAN DRAW HANDS ._.
I'm terrible with hands... I'll give you a +1 for the shading too. :P

Leetle serval is getting there! I simply CANNOT do paws (properly)... or at least, these don't look quite right...
I just hope the markings won't be too bad. x.x And then all that's left is to highlight some more, probably fix some spots here and there, and then it'll be done. ^-^ Although... ... ... a background would be good...

OPINIONS? Changes? Do your worst, I really do insist. :P
I don't want to claim it done, then find out I should change, say... the length of the body, or so.
It still reminds me of a caracal...

It still reminds me of a caracal...

The only thing that reminds me of a caracal are the body build (servals are more slender I think) and the fur color. I think servals are a bit lighter. It's working out great though!

And the paws look fine.

Wow Quagga, that's awesome. The only thing I would change would be the ears, make them a bit bigger or pointier? Servals have huge radar ears. x3 http://media-3.web.britannica.com/eb-me ... 4754A2.jpg I got to play with a serval once, I went to an educational lecture with one once and I got to throw a cat toy so we could watch him jump. :3
