"Yeah.I'm pretty sure shes gonna have only one kit.I got a feeling."BluePaw said,smiling."See ya later"She said,and went to check on Dogtooth.

(O_O How... can he talk?)

(And aren't kits blind at first?)

(He's a kit.He mewed.Yes,but he could smell his mama)

(Oh, I see.)
Dogtooth gently nuzzled her new kit. Only one, no wonder I didn't notice. She saw Bluepaw entering the den, "Bluepaw, please get Spiderfang for me,"

"Okay."BluePaw nodded and smiled at the new kit.He was tiny and helpless.She went to get SpiderFang."SpiderFang!"She called.

"Yes?" Spiderfang had been in the warriors den, trying to get this father thing to settle into his mind.

Dogtooth pushed the young kit up to her belly so he could nurse.

Mystfur wondered if she should go see the new kit, and stood up. She padded towards the nursery before stopped in front of it, and sat down.


Moonkit stared at the new kit in awe, and sniffed him slightly, then backed away and sat down.

BluePaw smiled."There's a surprise for you.Go see Dogtooth.She's in the nursery."she instructed him.



BlackKit nursed."Mommy."He mewed beforehand.

Spiderfang went to the nusury, knowing that Dogtooth had probably had their kit. It's not like he wasn't excited, but he was shocked.

"Come in, Spiderfang, look," Dogtooth welcomed him, "what should we call him?"

BlackKit could smell another cat.Male."Daddy?"He asked,confused.For a little guy,he had a lot to say.

BluePaw came inside the den with SpiderFang.She decided to investigate the kit.She smiled at the little black thing.

(Sure does)
Spiderfang was fasinated by the little creature. He leaned down over it, looking it over. "He's beautiful. Looks kinda like me, doesn't 'e,"
"Sure does," Dogtooth smiled, "I know, lets name him Blackkit,"
"Blackkit it is,"

Mystfur listened to the conversation from outside the nursery, now realizing that her and Spiderfang were the only warriors. She laid down and sighed.


Moonkit snuck past the others and went outside the nursery to see a calico cat, that she hasn't learned the name of yet. "Hi" She mewed, hoping for attention.

BluePaw smiled,liking the name.She went over to the kit and lay down near him."He really does look like his dad."She smiled at SpiderFang.She licked the top of Blackkit's head.


BlackKit felt himself being licked."Cousin?"He mewed curiously.He went towards the female whom he thought was his cousin.He snuggled up next to her."Cousin."He said,and fell asleep.
