"Lets go," said Rip, voice emotionless. To think she had once loved him. "Soro, there's a stranger that Snap chased into our camp area. Please don't kill him," She told Soro. He was a good mate, Soro, not crazy at all. She looked over at the adopted oviraptor chick, "Don't kill him either."

Soro looked down at the oviraptor, and stared at it. "Okay." He said, confused, and walked beside Rip, trying to avoid her going off on him, since he had dissapeared. It was a LONG story.

( Oh really...)
"So where were you then?" Rip asked.

Soro felt a jolt go through him. Exactly what he hoped wouldn't happen, just happened. "Well...I doze off for maybe an hour and when I wake up, you and the chicks are gone. I freaked out and followed your scent as best I could and found that this desert has more life than I think it should. I was attacked by two tarbosaurs, a herd of protoceratops, knocked down a sand dund by a large type of oviraptor, attacked by another velociraptor, which I had to run from because I didn't want to lose the trail, and finally ended up here, with you fighting the male...So, how have you been?" Soro said.

"I see. Well, I found this little thing, thought it was a chick and took it home. Then Snap and this male called Shale tumbled into camp while fighting so I beat up Snap and interigated Shale. While I was interogating Shale Snap attacked one of the chicks and I chased him here and then you showed up. So it's been an interesting day. I don't think that chick is going to be ok though..." Rip drifted off into thought.

Soro growled. "Which one was it?" He asked.

"The smaller of our females. Not the red one, the normal one," She replied. they had so many children it seemed sometimes. It would help if they named them...

Soro growled. "Well it's good that we're rid of him." Soro said, nuzzling Rip.

"Yes," she said. Rip nuzzled him back.

Evo looked at the male and,said "Daddy"

Shale stayed by the injured, small chick. He was bout to rush over to Rip when the large male attacked her, but stopped when he saw the other male that seemed to be family to the female. He frowned, staring down at the small female as her chest lift and fell with sad, shuddering breaths. "You remind me of myself, you know." He said distantly to the chick, who's eyes fluttered open at hearing his voice. "I was your size, once. And I was male, so that REALLY sucked." Shale said in a quiet voice, looking at her. "I grew up to be the biggest of my siblings. Maybe you will too, if you keep holding on." He frowned at the chick lifted her head and rested it sadly on his leg.

Rip walked over to him. "How is she? Is she gone?" she asked Shale anxiously.

"No." He replied simply, staring down at the chick with a slight smile. "I think she'll be okay. Hopefully."

"Oh thank Dino-Bob!" she leaned over the chick. "Lets get her into some shelter, do you know of any?"

Evo walked over to his injured sister who was now awake "Is sissy ok"he asked
