Pam smirked at him. He acted so much like a chick sometimes. "Well, we've still got work to do today. I'd like to catch something near here, these eggs can't keep us fed forever. We've also got to keep the patrols up, the territory is new and trespassers will probably come around," she said.

"Ok"Jamingo said between mouthfuls, but first can I have another egg

"Sure," she said heading out, "I'll start the patrols,"

Jamingo ate the egg quickly and left the den in search of something big to kill

Ugh, it was those deinonychuses again. They followed them around and mooched off their prey. But, deinonychuses were also a threat to chicks. They would not hesitate to kill a young or injured utahraptor, even if they weren't hungry.

While Jamingo was searching he got distracted by another dragonfly, man he loved to pick at them. They were just so interesting, Jamingo chased the dragonfly into a clearing and stopped. There lying on the ground asleep was an adult triceratops.Jamingo crept forward

Pam ran at them, scaring them. She kicked one of them, and the rest ran away. She returned home, patrol done. Pam caught Jamingos trail and decided to help him. It winded around, he obviously found another dragon fly. Then, she found him stalking a sleeping triceratops. Pam quietly went towards it, hoping to quickly cut its throat and run.

Jamingo crept up to the sleeping triceratops and slit its throat, the beast bellowed but quickly bleed to death.Jamingo took a bite.

"Good catch," Pam congratulated him. She ate a little as well, and picked some up to take home.

Jamingo felt proud after all he did just kill a full grown triceratops with one hit. But also because Pam had congratulated him he grabed a chunk of meat and headed home

At home, Pam buried the meat carefully beside the den. "Those deinonychuses have followed us again," Pam said.

"I hate those things so much why can't they hunt themselves."Jamingo said angrily

"They can, they just prefer to steal," Pam said grimly.

"Well call me next time you see one cause I would love to kill it"Jamingo said angrily

Pam laughed, "I'll be sure to," she said. Suddenly, a croc sprinted out of the water towards her. Pam jumped up and went to attack it. "Momma crocodile doesn't like us eating her babies it seems,"
