Zahra started climbing up a slope, and was relieved to see the water wasn't flooding the highlands as well. Once her paw touched ground- that wasn't flooded, she wanted to just fall over. She was exhausted, and freezing from the rain. But she stood, looking around. They still needed shelter.

(Ugh lost my post. /retype)

La'keem and her walked for awhile longer, him shooting her looks of pity. He stopped suddenly, staring at the large patch of three or four hige trees clumped together. He nudged her and walked in that direction. It wasn't perfect, but they'd been walking for hours and she was hurt.

(I hate it when that happens)

Zahra noticed La'keem looking at her with looks of pity quite a few times. She looked away, only to be nudged by him. She looked over to see him walking towards, what looked like 4, huge trees. It would be a OK shelter though it wasn't the best one she's seen. She started limping after La'keem, suddenly realizing she hasn't ate for quite a long time. She and Cuxtal would need food soon, she thought. Though her injury would make it hard for her the hunt. She sighed loudly, looking at the ground then back up to see where she was going.

Miles kept walking. His legs ached from the long trip. He couldn’t hear anything. He looked for a shelter. He defiantly didn’t want to be in this rain. He walked under a tree. And shook the rain off. But more water dripped from the tree’s leaves. Miles sighed, and began to lay down under the tree, tired.

La'keem let out a long sigh and stretched out. "I'm hungry." He said in a tired voice and laid down in a heap. His eyes flicked over to hers as he hesitantly moved closer to her, his body shivering from the cold. He was about to snuggle up before he made eye-contact, silently asking for permission.

"I am too" She mumbled, shivering from the rain. She was soaked, uncomfortable and in pain. Zahra then noticed La'keem hesitantly move towards her. She smiled, showing her permission. The pouring rain was still splashing onto her, but it was better than having to be out there in the rain.

(Huh, I see no problem with it. )
Miles got up, finally having the energy to head on. He went up a steep hill. And sat down looking back at the flood. Miles got up and kept walking until he saw a small hole. He checked inside. It didn’t look too safe, with water at the bottom he wasn’t taking a risk, he ran back out. Wind blew harshly against his fur.

Fate (me) smiled on the jaguar trio. As they rested, a dead boar floated lazily to the shelter. (lovin' this new control the world idea I had :) )

He smiled shyly before moving closer, snuggled against her warmth. He felt the cub pressed against their sides and smiling, happily laying his head ontop of his paws.
He was about to fall into a dazed sleep, when he noticed something bobbing in the water. La'keem practicallu jumped out of his skin, thinking it might be some kind of evil flood gator coming for a snack. "What-...is that a dead boar?"

Zahra, feeling the warmth of La'keems body, closed her eyes slightly. She was tired, but still felt like she should stay cautious. when she finally was calming down, she jumped as La'keem jumped next to her. She looked over towards where he was looking- There was really a dead boar there! "Um," She said confused. "Its a dead boar for sure" She mumbled, staring at it. She expected it to suddenly come back to life and run at her.

He frowned and slowly got up, ears laid back. La'keem glanced back at her before he slunk foward, about a yard away. He poked at the body of the dear boar that was half surfaced on the 'dry' ground, and half in the muddy water. He bit into its neck and struggled to pull the entire body onto the mud. Once he had, he was about to turn around turn around and call out to Zahra, but he lost his footing in on the slippery jungle floor, and toppled ontop of the dead beast. His paw was pressed into the stomach, and what happend disgusted him. Water belched out of the boar's dead mouth, making a sick sleeeruuuggggghhh sound as it did so. The male made a weak sound in the back of his throat and he stumbled back a few steps. La'keem finally got a good look at the dead creature. It was young, and not at all that large, and had a Bob emount of fat on it. But the next thing that went through his mind wasn't food! It was Zarah and Cuxtal can eat!
"Well, it's dead." He declared happily, looking back at them.

(You posted the same thing twice...)
The gift had come at a price. A perfectly healthy, successful boar had to die so that the jaguars might have lived. The luck of our trio may not last.
