The pup woke up with a growling belly. The pup whined for food.

Other: uuh. -puts personallity in hurr- Dire is quick-witted, not very trusting, egoistic-ish, rarely seeks help from others and quite serious. It's rare if he cracks a smile.
Description: Pure white pelt with a black tail-tip and the ridge of his muzzle. Piercing reddish orange eyes.

Her tone rather surprised him, he hadn't expected sympathy. So many surprises from this one. "Hunting can be a hazard for a loner, I've gotten my fair share of cuts and bruises. Nothing too serious when I stick to smaller prey." He glanced over his buttermilk-colored fur, which hid a couple of more hard-earned battlescars. At times he rather wished they showed through his fur, so he could wear them like badges of victory. "More serious injuries are more rare, though I've had my share of scuffles in the past." He spoke honestly. "Doesn't really bother me, the danger adds to the excitement of it all, I think." He grinned slightly.

Any ideas how I can manage to pop in? Don't want to just randomly pop in and mess up a plot or something.

The pup, although hungry, got to his paw and pounced on Lupis' paws.

Kazimo exhaled a large breathe, the sigh seemingly letting out his insecurities to be blown away by the wind. He stayed with his head pressed firmly into his smaller comrade's fur, letting the calming images of his puphood flash by behind his eyelids.
Tasor shifted slightly, trying to get more comfortable but unintentionally broke the trance the red furred wolf had been in. Green eyes jerked jerked back and the wolf was soon standing a few feet away with a lazy but content sparkle in his eyes. "I smell other wolves. Wanna go check it out?"
Tasor blinked stupidly before raising his nose to the air, the scents from afar washing down his nose. He thought he could recognize one or two, and at least one stranger, but brushed it off. "Rather not... knowing you, they'd get ticked and rip off your ears from all the back-talk to can do."
Green eyes twinkled back. "I don't need ears to annoy them. So really, all they'd accomplish are a mess to clean up and a whiny me."
"You're whiny enough as it is... it's like you need to make up the childish part of you now since you had such a Bob complex as a pup."
"Uh, hello- you were the one who thought I was a Bob. Now you treat me like I'm an idiot."
"... Kazimo, you are and idiot."
Kazimo for once said nothing back, just flicked his tail and trotted farther into the undergrowth, the foliage steadily becoming lusher by the step. His red furred muzzle finally broke through the foliage to see a small creek running through the lush forest, his eyes soon brimming with joy as he let out a happy bark and jumped towards the river.
Tasor, who had been loyally following the larger wolf, glared slightly at the other's childish antics as the green eyes wolf splashed about in the river.
"If you keep that up, we won't have to go find the others."
"Oh, c'mon Tas! Just live a little for once," Kazimo yapped, his usually red tinted fur now darkened significantly, resembling an old blood stain. His eyes seemed to pop out more with his thick fur heavy with water.
"I'm not touching the water," Tas growled back, feigning moodiness to cover up the content he found in seeing his friend so utterly innocently happy for once.
Kazimo snorted before ducking his head under the water for a moment, before bringing it back up and shaking out the water thoroughly. "First your a girl, now your a cat? Jeez, Tasor. Stop getting your identity so confused."
"Sorry," came the dull reply. "but it seems your idiocy has rubbed off on me to the point of not remembering who I am."
Kazimo gave a small chuckle, ducking his head again to turn the laughter into bubbles before he had to remember to breathe again. Stupid mortality.
The green eyed wolf soon tired of his bath and crossed to the other side, which soon earned him a small yelp from his smaller companion.
"H-hey! Come back here, you idiot!" Tasor's voice was bordering a whine, his silver eyes fixed on the water with distrust.
"Don't be such a priss, Tassy-kins. Get your sorry girly butt over here. The water won't bite you, you're too big for that now."
Tasor nearly huffed, glaring at the water before tentatively placing one paw into the water and forcing himself not to flinch back. It's just water, he reminded himself silently. I won't drown that easily. One paw was soon followed by a second, then a third, and he daintily raised himself onto the tips of his toes in a vain attempt at avoiding the liquid.
Where as Kazimo had jumped and rolled in the water, Tasor made it look like he was walking a tightrope.
The silver eyed wolf wrinkled his nose in distaste as he stepped further into the water, and soon it was lapping at his belly fur. He gave his larger friend a hesitant look, and was reassured by green orbs that he was alright- wet and belly deep in water, but alright. The blue-grey wolf gulped once before launching himself through the water and smacking into his friend, shivering slightly as the droplets ran down his darkened legs and stomach fur.
"See? Your alright."
"Y-you jerk..." came the mumbled reply as Tasor attempted to find a dry patch of red fur to press his muzzle into, teeth chattering slightly from the cold he felt. "M-my fur isn't s-so thick..."

((RECAP: Tasor and Kazimo crossed the river, so now they are on the Shadow Pack's side of No Man's land. Tasor is cold, and dislikes water.))

Shadowheart did not know anything about the wolf. But she seemed to be putting a lot of trust in him. Was this like a game to him? surely not. And if it was a game, Who would win. And how? " So you just travel around?" she asked " Don't you get bored?"

Solar stared at the female for a moment, wishing he could read her mind. What was she thinking at this moment? He shook the thought away, no point in wondering. "Pretty much, do where the wind takes me, so to speak." He tilted his head at her question. "Yeah, things get pretty dull sometimes. That's why I sometimes take detours through packlands- It's dangerous, you never know how pack wolves will react to a loner, but interaction with my own species is a rather good diversion. It's pretty rare to bump into other loners." Other loners were rather interesting to him, he noted that they almost always fell into two categories, either overly aggressive or overly submissive. Which was probably the reason they were loners in the first place, he surmised. It was rare he encountered one that could do much besides snarl or whimper. Pack wolves were much more well-balanced, usually.

Dire's ears twitched as he stalked forward, hearing faint voices near the stream. He let out a low grumble and bounded ahead, following the trail of unknown wolves. Loners? Maybe... Ahead, (which was thankfully upwind of him) he heard the soft, tell-tale footfalls of a wolf, and the rush of the small stream. Dire growled to himself and snuck closer, carefully placing his feet. Carelessly, he moved faster, wanting to see them, wanting to confront them for the reason they were in the Pack territory.

Snap!

A few twigs snapped underfoot and he froze, inwardly cursing himself.
He crouched lower to the forest floor, eyes wide and fearful. They would surely attack him. And if there was two of them, there had to be more near-by, right?

The cub was still to young for meat but since this was the only food provided for him he shall have to wean early. The cub eagerly ate up the meat. He grabbed a small rabbit bone and began to chew on it.

The cub stopped gnawing on the bone and looked up at Lupis with his big blue eyes. He got up on his paws and pounced on the floor pretending he was hunting.
