Saw fireworks from my window last night, since no one wanted to go. (I'm far too prideful to tell my parents I still love fireworks.) Oh well, it was still nice. Sorry for everyone who didn't get to see any. :C

The revelutionary war was Britan vs. america,Civil war was america vs. itself against slavery, wwll was america, britan, soviots etc. vs germany, italy, and japan. Those three wars america was victorious and became the three most well known. There might be more but it will take to long to mention them all.

In wwll america wanted nothing to do with war. Then when japan claimed to want peace and suddenly bombed pearl harbor. America awoke like a sleeping beast in the middle of the great depression. The war ended when america invented the nuke and launched one on hiroshima foricng japan to surrender.

The thought of the American Revolution makes me sad.
Ugh, leave it to a jokey anime to make me want to cry at the thought of that war. =_=

there are severel national holdiays in america that are to remember the people who gave their all in war.

December 7th is national pearl harbor rememberence day. A day to remember and honor the victims of the pearl harbor sneak attack by japan.

July 4th is independence day. commemorating the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain

There are many more but It will take to long to list them all.

I changed my signature's picture, it is no longer of Riku and Sora(assuming you knew who they were in the first place. o3o).
It is now of a Jolteon that I drew today.
I do not know why I am posting this.
But this is OTT, I don't need a reason.

EDIT: So much for sleep. Forget you, natural tiredness of the body~

I am surprised at the amount of confusion regarding the forth of July and its significance.

Independence Day (July 4th) is the day that a newly formed country (The United States of America) officially adopted their Declaration of Independence. This document effectively informed Great Britain that their former colony was becoming their own country. The members of congress at the time actually began signing the document on August 2nd, 1776.
That is the historical significance of the day July 4th, 1776. American's feel more inclined celebrate the yearly repeat of this day because it has significance to the forming of their country, where as those from England do not feel so inclined.
