Tii stared at the water, ears falling back and letting out a long, drawn-out snarl. "What's happening?"

The kit woke up. She was flattered by the water and jumped right in. But she could not swim.

Xena fished the kit out of the water. "Looks like River Swell. They can be dangerous, let's got to high ground," Xena replied.

"But I wanna swim! I'm gonna be a fishy when I grow up!" she squeled. She started to shiver.

His legs trembled and his eyes darted around. "...Hurry"

"You carry Raea, I don't think I can. Follow me, now," she led them up a sloping road, which went on to the park.

Tii grimaced and picked the small kit up by the scruff. "Stop squirming" he grumbled between the fur and skin he was latched onto.

" Let me go! I WANNA BE A FISHY!" She screamed.

"Shhh, trust me, you don't want to be a fish. They have no brains at all," Xena tried to calm the kit.

He rolled his eyes and gave the kit a warning growl and a quick, jerky shake of the scruff. "You'll die. And rot. And fish will eat your eyes out. Now stop squirming and shush."

(he would only be about 16-19 if he was a human I think o3o)

"Ouch! Stoopppp it! I wanna be a fishy RIGHT NOW!"

"Give her to me," Xena said. Why now, that waters gonna be up to our toes in a minute.

He eyed the elder female warily, "you sure?" he asked, looking down at her broken paw. "No, I've got her. Just get up to higher ground, I'm right behind you."

"Ok then, lets go," They finally reached the park, the highest ground in the city.

"NO! NO! NO! NO! STOP IT! Stop it! I wanna swim! Let me swim!?"
