Skyeler heard the sound of a bird. It came down to get some bugs. She threw the net down and it caught the bird. It worked. "Sorry little fellow, this was just a test for a squirrel and friends..." she told it, and released it. She carried the nest back up to her nest, and waited for them.

Nova looked up silently as the strange wolf returned.
"Scuttle." she said sternly and laid back her ears. "I don't think you should be celebrating too early... I don't think the owl was serious."She finally felt the blood from her eye starting to clot, so that was good. It won't bleed all crazily anymore.

Shadow agreed with Nova " Hmmm yes, I saw the owl fidling with rocks, vines berrys and vegatation, I dont think it was making a food basket for you scuttle... I dont know whats up, But I advise you to stick with us... You too sand..." She looked up and saw the owl let a bird free what are you up to?...

"I guess I'll stick with you..." squeaked Sand. "Although I don't really know what's up here." Sand shivered with dread and added: "When I make enemies I normally end up becoming lunch."

Nova eyed her new group warily and stepped into the darkest shadows of the small clearing, where the moon and stars dare not touch. Her eye throbbed terribly, but she managed to curl up at glare with hateful eyes at the new wolf. I'm leaving in the morning. Scuttle will be fine. Nova thought with a frown, her eyes settling down from the raging flames to the soft, content glow.

(Her nest is too far away for you too see.. O.o)

Skyeler kept waiting. She had already caught and ate a mouse.

Sand sniffed the air, and not noticing the scent of an owl, she scuttled to a random tree(It took longer than it seems in this post. And, swifty, if you read it more carefully, it's obvious really I didn't go up the tree. I didn't say 'and scuttled up the tree' or whatever)But Skyeler's nest was in that tree...

Nova looked up at the rustling leaves above her and watched the small mouse scuttle up the tree.

"I wouldn't do that," she said with a gruff, unemotional voice. Actually, I don't care if you go up there or not, but it would probably upset Scuttle if you died. Nova added mentally.

(Sand stayed on the ground, Sand didn't go up the tree.)
Sand didn't hear Nova's 'warning' and simply stood there, staring at the tree's roots.

( It would take 10 minutes until you got there...)

Skyeler simply looked for any clue that they had been near. She took a deep breath and got comfortable.

Sand found a seed amongst the roots of the tree and ate it, but then stared up, noticing nothing but leaves.

(orly? well say that in your post. Not our fault you left out details.)

Nova looked at the odd mouse with a wary glare. Yes. It's best if I leave them before daybreak...

(XP I hate it when you're right!! xD so I shall make it my tree... )

Skyeler heard small sounds. She had little smell, so that was out of the question. She took her chances and threw the net at the bottom of the tree. Her spare was almost finished, so if she missed she could use the spare to slow it down. I the spare worked being not complete.

Sand squaked in surprise and noticed some sort of net around her. She started to chew on the net-like thing to try and break it.

Skyeler flew out of the nest. It was them! And a small snack. She saw as it was chewing, then took her talons and closed all the exits. She took her spare that she carried down just in case, and wrapped it around the net. "Yes!" she screeched.
