Lyira starts to feel stronger and stands up. She walk over to thorn and sits beside him. "It wasn't you. He was controlling you."

He turned over so he was faceing away from her. He coverd the wound with his paw.

He sighed he knew he wasnt winning this fight. he slowly moved his paw to reveal a mass of tangled sharp vines. Roze stared at it in horror.

one of the vines moved and he gripped his chest in pain. Roze looked at Lyira her mouth move but no words came out.

He coughed up a thorn with blood. he breathed heavely untill the pain wheant away. Slowly his eyes closed. "So... tired..." he mumbled. "Thorn!"

Lyira nudged thorn. "Don't die please! Don't die..." She felt a warm tear roll down her cheek.

He smiled faintly up at her and gripperd her paw. "Im ok... really..." he siad. his eyes looked brave and strong and some of the pain in them were gone.
