Edit: southern want to trade i got a bunch of uneeded pokemon like two shiny atricuno and toe regelars. As well as uneeded eggs,Such as a cilibi egg a latias egg and a mispirit egg.

Sure, but I don't have much to trade for them... I've only gotten to Golden Rod city and most of my pokemon are only level 20...

thats fine as well. if you can find some pokemon only found in johto that be good. That way it can help my national dex. I do not mind what level they are it. level 20 is good enough for me.

How do i trade pokemon over wifi? Pokemon Heart Gold?

Okay for trading with far away people (wi-fi), you have to go to the basement floor of the Pokemon Centre.
Get the Pal Pad and start adding people's friend code. Your friend code is given in the Pal Pad.

After you have added a person's friend code, tell him to come in the WiFi cub (basement floor the middle lady)....

and then you can trade, battle, play plaza games, go to battle frontier, etc
