Wish saw dead bodies all around and saw the egg. "Oh hello!" she licked the egg and cooed. "I'll take care of you." She picked the egg up and carried it to the apple tree. She setted it down then went to get food.

The egg broke in two, the chick falling out. It had beautiful feathers, and green eyes. It was an unusual Spix's Macaw!

Wish grabbed some berries and straw for the chick. She saw the chick hatch and smiled. "Hello, I'm Wish. You can call me mom if you want. Heres some berries!" She dropped the berries and made a bed out of straw.
