Sorry for such the long wait Mook. I have been having problems with my tablet driver lately and I need to reinstall it, but I have misplaced the disk for it. I'm pretty sure I mixed it in my giant collection of CDs. I haven't found the time really to search for it/forget. You have waited long enough Mook and the others. I shall look for it right away.
