Snipe found an old saber tooth cat. A large flaw of the terror bird is that they have absolutly no fear of mammals. In their native home, if a mammal had a problem with a terror bird would go something like this: "You can't just take my food!" ignorent mammal. "You got a problem with me? Gulp," and thats how these exchanges usually happened. In North America, mammals are a lot tougher. Snipe walked right up to the saber tooth, expecting it to run away in fear and panic.

Runningwind could smell the terror bird and turned her head it's way, even though she couldn't see. Runningwind couldn't tell if it was going to attack or not, but decided to be safe anyway, stepping back a little.

Snipe was a little annoyed when it didn't run away, but ate it's meal all the same.

Runningwind found herself growling, and instincts for some reason told her to attack the terror bird. But she didn't obey- How could she, an old, worn out Smilodon, attack a terror bird? Runningwind didn't have a death wish. Instead, she just stayed there, staring at the terror bird, growling.

Fang pulled his saber teeth out of the hyenadon and licked them clean, he then turned to the other saber tooth cats. A female and two cubs. The cubs, he didn't like, but he decided to continue on for now.

Snipe ate what she wanted. She walked over to the saber tooth and tried scaring and teasing it.

Runningwind could tell the terror bird was moving, and it was near her. So she simply stayed there, staring with blind eyes at the terror bird.

Snipe was getting frustrated with this cat. It seemed as dumb as a hyenadon. "Move, you stupid cat! Don't just sit there," she sqawked at it.

"Because... uh," she hadn't been ever stood up by a mammal, "because I said so."

Runningwind growled. "What a pathetic reason. And respect your elders." Runnignwind then found herself grinning when she said 'Respect your elders.'

"I'll teach you to..." she charged at the old cat, who was in actuality her size.

Soro trumpeted upon seeing a bird like shape. "DIE YOU MISERABLE BIRDS!!!" He yelled before charging the titanis that was picking on the poor old saber cat.

Snipe, using her superior agility, dodged the mammoth and ran. She was, of course, not as fast as an adult though.

Soro ran past the cat, focused on the bird.
