Jamingo woke up to find that a couple of scavengers were snooping around his nest, he tan at them

Pam hissed at the little raptors. They scattered, but didn't go far. Knowing their game, she stayed in the den in case they'd try to sneak in.

One of the deinonychuses stuck it's head in the den. Pam clawed it, and it ran away. The others smelt the blood of their packmate and ran away. Pam knew they didn't go far though.

"I'm fine, the eggs are fine. Are you fine?" Pam asked.

"Yes" Jamingo replied he was still looking for any sign of the of the scavengers.

"Good," Pam said. She was still a little shaken up and jumpy, so she spent the rest of the night sleeping with one eye open.

Jamingo was startled also but quickly fell asleep

A herd of Apatosaurus browsed on the trees, not known they were bring watched. Nightmare, the leader of his group of mapusaurs, ordered the pack to circle the oldest individual of the herd. A while later, they attacked tearing chunks of the sauropod. Soon the Apatosaurus fell down to the ground and died. Nightmare sat down with the pack and started eating up the kill.

Sounds of a hunt came from the distance, followed by the sweet smell of meat. Pam grew worried, large predators were in the area, and of course you cant move young chicks or eggs.
