Zazy perched on a tree by their burrow and watched the mob mob a snake. She moved her head in those quick persise movements that birds do. Quietly Zazy waited, waiting for the pups to go far enough from the den so she could swoop.

Sunlight watched her sister walk off. She sighed and walked over to see what her brothers were doing.
Miles sat up. Scanning the area for predators. "Looks like we’re staying here for the night." He thought.
Rocket Dog was falling asleep as the sun started to set.
Ben and Henry were play-fighting now, and let Sunlight join in.

Lilac noticed that the mob hasn't seemed to notice her wander slightly off. Maybe this was her chance? SHe quickly ran off into bushes, hoping to stay hidden.

Whats this? A young pup looked fairly adventurus, it was close to leaving. "Hello little one," she whispered to the little creature, quiet enough to avoid the adults but loud enough to entice the pups.

Ben and Henry tackled their sister. Sunlight rolled down the small slope into the burrow.
Miles saw a Crowned eagle watching from a tree. And he gave a alarm call. And everyone went into the burrow. Rocket dog realized that one pup was missing. And ran outside looking for Lilac. She was nervous with a predator near.

And here comes mommy. It was a good thing that pup was hidden.

Lilac heard something- Not sure what it was, she looked around, then thought it was just the mob trying to get her to come back again. She started running off, farther away from the den, when she suddenly fell. Not sure what she fell in, she looked around. It was a hole... Like the burrow her family sleeps in, but a lot smaller. Curious, she ventured deeper.

Rocket Dog kept looking for Lilac. While giving distress calls and looking at the branch that the crowned eagle sat on. Making sure it wouldn’t swoop down and attack her or Lilac.

Ugh, it got away! But mother was still out in the open. She flew at her, claws out to impale it.

Rocket Dog noticed the crowned eagle diving at her. And dodged the attack.

Lilac ventured deeper, her scent covered up by the scent of bugs, and a old scent of a snake. She decided that it would be fun the dig right now (Yay, random) and she started scratching at the ground, careful not to make much sound. She didn't want to be found.

Rocket Dog turned right around and ran to the bolt hole. She tripped on something then got up. And kept running until she was inside.

Zazy screeched at her and flew away. She didn't go far, but was out of sight of the inferior meerkats.

Lilac got bored of digging and ventured outside. She didn't see any of the mob, and she thought that was a good sign. She started going farther away from the main burrow.
