Flash?

Post by hoopyscoop »

I was changing my signature, when I realized something...

A little button that said “Flash” Has this always been here?

However, the button doesn’t appear when I post.

I’ve never seen this before. Any ideas on what it does? I tried testing it, but couldn’t figure it out.

Flash, Ah, ah, Saviour of the universe
Flash, Ah, ah, He'll save ev'ry one of us

I've seen it before but I have no idea whatsoever what it does... Kenya's good at these things, (Right? XD) ask her.

It supports things like videos. I believe it needs to be a specific file type for it to work though, namely ones that carry videos. I'm going to try to snoop around and see how it works. WEO might have to take the option out if possible.
As cool as it would be to get it to work, it would also be really annoying if it played automatically. I can imagine the complaints right now.

It took a long time for me to look up at least a little bit on how it works. Apparently you need a .swf file or something and it has to do with Adobe Flash. Either way I have no idea how to upload a .swf file on the internet. xD
It also seems pretty complicated unless you've done it before.
