She glared at Kaz... again " That means pretty or astonishly beautiful. How stupid do you get? I am not joking."

Kazimo smirked wider. This was pretty fun, considering he wasn't annoying Tasor like he usually did. "So, would Princ-"
"Knock it off, Firecracker," came the returning snarl. The green eyed wolf flinched visibly at the name, feeling his memories stirring around again. "She said to shut up, so shut the heck up."
Kazimo swallowed nervously. Tasor only called him by that name when he was seriously ticked off; it wasn't just a nickname like 'Princess'. He muttered a slight apology to the she-wolf he had been getting his amuesment out of before bowing his head awkwardly to Tasor and SunJewel, backing away from them until he was just out of earshot of the trio.
Tasor watched his friend leave, the red tail low and pressed ever so slightly into his legs, and felt a bit guilty before turning back to SunJewel. "Sorry about that... Why didn't you have a pack?"

She watched him leave too, " You guys chat I have to talk to Kaz." She said running through to dense forest. " Kaz. I'm sorry I didn't mean to say what I said I just got mad... She reminds me so much of my" She paused " My mother." She said a hint of tears in her eyes.

Kazimo stopped, glancing over at the saddened she-wolf before giving a small shrug. "S'okay, it isn't anything you said...I was being a bit rude anyways." His voice was strangely calm now as he spoke. He fell silent for a moment afterwards. "Was your mother bad to you?"

She looked a bit sheepish " Well... No. But I was the only one born alive. So, she left.

Kazimo gave a soft huff. "I don't remember my mother. I don't even remember if I have siblings or a father or a pack or... anything, really." He muttered, staring at the ground. "Tasor says I don't have to remember, because my memores are going backwards... and the farther I go back, the more it hurts." He then glanced up at the she-wolf, his face serious and thoughtful. "Have you ever wished you could do just one thing for someone? Like, go back in time and... change something for them? Anything?"

" Oh, wow you are so lucky! I remember exactly what she said: Go to sleep. And then she licked me." She looked at him worry caressing her face " Well...Yes I do all the time. And when I think about it, well it hurts alot." she said.

"I...," she paused nervously, then admitted, "I left my pack... too violent..." she watched as Icestorm ran after Kaz. "So," she said to Tazor, "I see I am not welcome?"

icestorm hung her head. " I have to go. You can come with me if you like." She said not bothering to see if he was traiiling along. She made it back just in time to hear " Sunny's" comment. " No, you are not.... Unless you want to tell us everything?" she implyed forcefully.

Kazimo barely heard the she-wolf's words, instead began to slowly walk away, unaware that he was getting farther and farther from the others until they were out of sight and behind the thick trees- he was too busy with words.
So, Icestorm could remember her mother's exact words? Somehow, he found that remarkable... he had so many other memories; he doubted there would be any room left for the ones he could faintly feel but not remember. He knew the memories were warm and kind, deeply buried under the ones that had nearly driven him to insanity- he wanted to remember the warmth and comfort; he wanted to remember those early memories...
Green eyes snapped up at a crackling noise, his neck fur rising instinctively as he gave warning growl. "Who's there?"
Silence.
The red furred wolf gulped, feeling eyes on him. Hastily, he whipped around, only to see the bushes swinging lazily.
He growled again and sniffed the air, nose scrunching up at the smell. It smelled like a wolf, but... odd. "Who are you?"
This time he heard a slight rustle behind him, and whirled around once again to face the direction he had once been walking in. The fur along his neck spiked up even higher at the eyes staring at him through the undergrowth.
Glaring at him. Black and white.
They looked furious.
The whisper sent even more chills racking through his body, and Kazimo swore the temperature dropped a full few degrees. "How dare you..."

Tasor lowered his eyes, feelings of guilt pricking him. "I'm not in charge of who can stay or who cannot..." He mumbled quietly, desperately trying to not look the other in the eyes.
For some reason, they seemed so similar- even though they were different. Very different, actually. The wolf he had known was loud and spoke its mind, more like Kazimo or Icestorm than this quieter version.
Is this how she would have turned out? He mentally questioned himself, eyes glazing slightly over at his thoughts before snapping up at Icestorm's harsh words.
She couldn't stay.
It was probably for the best, then... he would hate to constantly be reminded of someone he shouldn't bother remembering.

"Well, seems like this pack has no heart." she said, about to leave. " This isn't the first time.." she muttered. She wasn't going to reveal her past so easily, especially to wolves younger than needed to be to hear it.

Malcom rolled his eyes at Tazim as the younger canine gingerly dabbed at the small pool of water at his feet. The older wolf was trying to explain to his little brother that puddles were indeed water, the same kind of liquid hat was in rivers and lakes.
"There's no way, Mal. You're lying. I like rain puddles, therefor it has no relation whatsoever to a bloody river!" Tazim whimpered. Malcom growled lowly at him.
"Watch your mouth, Taz."
The younger simply flicked his ears, refusing to say anything. Malcom sighed and pawed at the ground, a simple cue for Tazim to hurry it up. The light brown mutt huffed and finally bounded to his brother's side, making sure he splashed right through the water. Malcom barked in surprise and gave chase, crashing through the leaves after Tazim.
It had been a while since he had had any fun. Taking the position of Alpha Male in a particularly small pack had cut his play-time to nothing. He had missed moments like these. They reminded him so much of their old home and the time he had spent with a certain tiny pup.
When he had come home to finally see his baby brother, he had been so ready to just not care. To walk away and return to the bloodshed and the constant hostility that had surrounded him during his years alone. But as soon as he had met those light blue eyes, all his defenses fell away at once. Tazim had always had Malcom's chain held firmly since then. There was nothing more important than his little brother.

"Who are you?" Kazimo's voice held the hint fright, clearly freaked out at the staring eyes. They hadn't blinked once.
A high pitched bell-like giggle cut through the air, causing the green eyed wolf's ears to flatten. This was seriously weird. "You shut him out. Why would you do that?" The stranger's voice turned slightly sullen now, the rapid change in emotions confusing the male wolf.
"... Shut who out?"
"Don't be silly- you blocked his voice from me. Why would you do that?" This time, the stranger waltzed out of the undergrowth, allowing Kazimo to get a good look at her.
She was obviously a she-wolf, a bit smaller than himself- and her fur was an odd sunset colored orange almost, with tan undersides and flecks of orange fur dotting the sand-colored underfur, resembling flames. Her tail tips and some of her toes were smoky black, and more of the fire-like markings were on her lower back- the same smoky black. Her most striking and peculiar feature were her eyes, now that he could see them clearly: one was a very dark cobalt color, bordering black, while the other was an off white version of the other. Over her dark eye was scar, giving her a more threatening look.
But her eyes... it wasn't the color that made them so unique- it was the way they expressed her feelings. Her emotions were all swirling together in a crazed dance, feral and exotic.
Clearly, this she-wolf was not the most sane, and this was proven as she trotted up to the red wolf and began to sniff his face with a puzzled look.
"Uh... who are you?"
"My name is Cashikiru, and I have seen 4 winters. And you..." her face suddenly locked up, amazment taking over as she stumbled back with a whispered No way.
"What?" Kazimo stared at her now, considering to just turn around and blame this encounter on his stress.
"You... you're Kipper?" Her mouth fell open, delight now joining the dance within bi-colored eyes.
"Excuse me? Uh, my name's Kazimo, miss... I think you've confused me with someone else."
"No, no, no - You are Kipper! I've finally found you!" The she-wolf leapt onto the larger male with surprising strength, pinning him down and licking his face with happiness, words of I've looked forever and You're finally here dotting her sentences. Kazimo squirmed and cringed with discomfort at each lick, finally managing to get away from the physco she-wolf.
"U-um, I really think you're mistaking me for someone else," He spoke awkwardly, trying to meet the other's eyes- she look insanely happy to see him. "Whoever Kipper is, you uh, clearly want to find them... but I'm not Kipper."
The she-wolf cocked her head to the side before giggling again. "Okay, fine Kip- I'll play this game. We'll pretend we've never met, and then we can fall in love all over again!" The orange and black she-wolf then skipped to where Kazimo had come from, leaving the male to gawk at her.
Fall in love? Does she think I'm... her mate?
"C'mon, Kazimo!" The words from the she-wolf finally jerked him out of his surprise, and he decided that he may as well help her.
Lords knew, she really needed help.



((Okay, before anyone goes 'But Cashew and Kazimo are siblings? WUUUT?', let me remind you: Cashikiru is crazy. This means she only believes in her own logic. If her logic says that Kazimo is Kipper? Well, forget everything else- Kazimo is Kipper in her mind. Besides, they've never seen each other, so... she doesn't automatically know 'This is my brother. My brother is not my mate. My brother is not Kipper.'))

Solaris furrowed his brow in frustration. Right when things were getting interesting... He shook away the emotion. "Better luck next time" He trilled the words as he turned and headed back into the forest, awaiting his next encounter. He sniffed at the air. There were most definitely other wolves around here, quite a few of them in fact. He swished his tail, wondering how his next encounter would turn out. Perhaps his next acquaintance would have a shorter fuse. That was always fun, when they got angry at him. He chucked lightly to himself. He paused his train of thought, flicking his ears ahead as they alerted him to the sounds of pawsteps on dried leaves. His eyes sparkled with curiosity as he approached.
