Icestorm wagged her tail and smiled " Rise and shine" she stated, plopping down two corpses. She tilted her head " Whoa! You have ANOTHER son? He is actually quite cute. A sign of good breeding!"
Shadowheart laughed, " no Ice he is a friend" she said getting up. " Keme is coming today"
" Are you sure you want to..."
" Yes! Of course I am. I wouldn't have five pups with him just to leave him."
" Well, ok. I just don't think it's right," she replied " I am going for a swim. Want to come with?"
" No thank you, I must be here for his arrival."
" Ok, Byea's"
" Goodbye"

Dire blushed slightly at the compliment an stared down at his paws, letting out a soft sigh. "When do you think they'll come back?" He asked in a tired, small voice.

Keme let out a grunt as he ducked his head into the small den entrance, and let out a sharp bark, ears perked. "Shadow?"

"Keme?" She ran towards him fussing over every detail. " I missed you so much!"
Just then Icestorm walked in " Hey guys. Whoa whats up?"

Keme smiled slightly and glanced behind him to see a soaked Icestorm. "Is it not obvious? I and the boys are home." he said calmly and his eyes rested on the white wolf, who was staring straight at him.
"Keme?" Dire practically squeeked, eyes wide as he overlooked his brother.
Keme's ears fell back, eyes widening slightly he then looked at the girls, "When did he get here?"

" Oh, his name is Dire. He was in an un-grateful pack. So he joined ours, Isn't he sweet?" Shadow said nuzziling against the bigger wolf " I missed you" She said hoping he wouldn't notice that she was no longer pregnant. Icestorm lay next to Dire, hoping he would notice her. " Hi, I'm Icestorm. You must be Dire, It is nice to meet you."

He gently nuzzled her fur for a second and walked towards him slowly, warily. "I haven't seen you in about a year, lil' bro." he said calmly and sat infront of the stunned-looking white wolf.

Dire nodded and shifted a little closer, eyes somewhat glossy. "Why'd you leave...." he whispered softly and nuzzled his face into the older wolf's fur. Keme frowned, returning the gesture and glancing to the girls. "Meet my little brother."

It was a long moment before Keme said anything and he hopped to he feet happily before exclaiming "Shadow! your... stomach!. Small-- what- where are the pups?"

Shadowheart felt a bit guilty. " Three girls, Kia, Simone, Emma And two boys Eric and Kemo." She looked Keme, " They are four miles away." She felt bad for leaving the pups there. " Wait, Excuse me, But your brother is dead!" She inquired.

"No I said he was gone, not dead. Wait, what do you mean they're four miles away--- Shadow!" he growled exasperatedly.

Dire scooted towards Ice slowly, giving her a 'do they do this alot?' look.

"I'm sorry" She said backing up and looking at the ground "I can get them Keme, I really can." A tear dropped from her face. " I'm so sorry" she sobbed. " You wern't here"
Icestorm looked at dire and shook her head.

Keme stood stiffly, staring at her and mumbling something under his breath before nodding slowly. "Well... lets get them then." he said hesitantly. "But why did you leave them in the first place, might I ask?"

Dire coughed awkwardly and looked at Ice with a soft smile. "So your name is Ice?"
