On Gamevial.com there are a series of animal games.
But be warned, their communities are terrible and they are
both addictive and rage-inducing.
Lif - - You get to play as various forest animals, depending on what totem you stand near. It has animals such as foxes, rabbits, bears, wolves, deer.
Lif Serengeti - Lif, but an african version. You can play as a baboon, meerkat, elephant, lion, crocodile.
The FLAB series - the acronym is funny, but it stands for Fly Like A Bird. They have three games, each one with progressively better graphics and more features. This first got them into animal simulators, and as such has a larger community. A larger, yet still horrible community.
Butterfly MMO - The only game that doesn't make me want to stab someone. It has no dying or combat system, and thus has no way to troll, also even though they can NOBODY EVER TALKS EVER. This is an artsy game, the main gameplay feature being the ability to design your butterfly's wings, and when you (completely consensual) mate with another butterfly, you turn into a caterpillar. Eat enough leaves and you are a butterfly again, but now your wings have mixed with the designs on your mate's wings. Pretty cool genetics system.
As you can see, I like butterfly MMO more. Dang trolls, they just go around spamming attack with their wolves/lions/eagles.
