Pyrus sniffed the nest for the egg. Thank goodness it was still there! Pyrus then nudged it for movement. It moved a bit, that was good. Pyrus then laid down and fell asleep beside it.

Re: Texas Early Creteceous RP
Tabah stalked quietly through the night. What was she doing? Pulling a heist!
Her mortal enemies, the utahraptor, had nested near here. She was going to have a nice, old fashioned breakfast, that's for sure.
The female deinonychus stopped, and sniffed the air. The nest was close, very close. She immediately blended into the bushes, moved as to not stir a single branch. Curled around the nest, the female utahraptor slept soundly, her mate close by. He was standing watch. Ah, but Tabah is clever, she knows how to distract him. currently, the wind was in her favor, her camouflage superb, she would not be found.
The raptor slowly bent down, and picked up a small rock. Tabah aimed for the bushes to her far left, and threw the small rock. It crashed through the undergrowth to the ground, and landed with a thump. The male looked up at the disturbance, and went in it's general direction.
Now, what to do about the female? If Tabah just leaned over her to get at the eggs, she'd be killed. But, if Tabah could make her uncomfortable, to want to move, then she could get in and take one.
She had another idea. Tabah quickly got a leafy branch, severing it from the bush with a quick swipe of her claws. She crept forward, listening carefully, knowing that the male might come back at any moment. Tabah brushed the branch on the utahraptors nose, not enough to make her feel attacked, but enough to annoy her; so she would scoot away from the nest.
The female utahraptor sneezed, Tabah was frozen in fear, waiting for her plan to fail. It didn't. Tabah continued messing with the utahraptor until it grumbled something, and stretched out. The eggs now reveled, she grabbed one and ran.
She ran until she bumped into something big. And ferocious. And terrible. An acrocanthrosaur.

Puris sneezed, and opened his eyes. He fell asleep again, the egg rolling out of the nest.

Tabah freezed. The acrocanthrosaurus fell back asleep.
She watched an egg role out of his nest. Small for an acrocanthrosaur's. She went over carefully, and sniffed it. What was he doing with a deinonychus egg?

Pyrus got up, opened his eyes and walked off. He saw a lone Iguanodon and started to hunt it.
