Pam went up to the entrance, sniffing for the fearsome predators. They didn't seem to be too close. "I think it's safe now," said Pam, going back down by the eggs.

Nightmare drank from a lake near a den of raptors. His pack was fast asleep nearby, but he was not tired. Nightmare then looked around to see nothing in the horizon. He joined his family and fell asleep.
