Zahras eyes widened as Peace called La'keem her brother. She immediately took a few steps away from La'keem. "He's not my brother" She almost tumbled over as she blurted it out. For some reason, that was very embarrassing to her that Peace thought La'keem was her brother. Sure, they were around the same age and she couldn't blame the jaguar for thinking that, but she could of at least asked first.

Peace lowered her ears in submissive-ness. "oh...right...Sorry about that."Peace apologized.Peace,for the first time in her life,didn't know what to say.

La'keem narrowed his eyes and did not change his posture or expression at the other male. With a low huff, he glanced back at Zahra, his eyes showing confusion. Did she dislike him so much she would be so offended to be even called a sibling? Looking at the muddy ground, his tail twitched irritably.

Zahra noticed the confused look in La'keems eyes. Feeling a bit guilty for doing what she did, she looked down at the ground then back up at the other jaguars. She simply nodded before turning around and quickly picked up Cuxtal and limped away til she several feet away from the others then set down Cuxtal where it wasn't as muddy. Cuxtal was already basically covered in mud and she could feel the mud slowly drying from her feet up to her back. She then looked back at the others, checking to see if they followed.

Peace and Glory both saw the hurt in La'keem's eyes.They had no way of doing anything about it,so they simply remained silent.They lowered their ears in submissive-ness.

Nodding once, he made his way over to the four trees they'd slept under for awhile and sat down, staring at them with an startlingly calm expression.

Zahra watched as La'keem went towards the 4 trees they were under before. She looked down and sighed. By the looks of it, they were all going to separate soon, and it would only her her and Cuxtal on their own again... She then realized that because of her wound, she wouldn't be able to hunt. That mean't that both her and Cuxtal would starve. She simply flopped down onto her side next to Cuxtal, as she suddenly just felt tired. Very tired. Zahra then seemed to stare out at nothing, being lost in thought.

His eyes flickered to the two other jaguars and Zahra before letting out a sigh. "I'm La'keem." the male said gruffly, looking towards the siblings.

"Nice to meet you."Peace and Glory said in unison.

Zahra watched as La'keem talked with the other jaguars. It was then Zahra thought that La'keem might like Peace better than her, and she stared at the female jaguar. Peace wasn't injured and looked perfectly healthy to Zahra, while she was injured and could barely do anything herself. She sighed and shot Peace several looks of jealousy before looking down at the muddy ground.

Peace sensed herself being watched.She subtly glared at Zahra to keep her in-line.

Zahra just noticed the look Peace gave her in the corner of her eye. She quickly stood up and looked at the jaguar before turning away. If she wasn't injured, she would've leaped at that jaguar, but that was too risky for her to do with her injury. Zahra then picked up Cuxtal, who was pawing at her tail, and walked away from the others. She sighed and looked back slightly with a blank expression then carried on. She knew she was probably making a huge mistake, but she wasn't going to stay near the newcomers.

Glory glared at Zahra,but peace simply looked in her direction,and then turned back to La'keem.

La'keem's eyes darted to Zahra and Peace, who seemed to be having a glare-off, and he hopped to his feet and happily trotted after her, a questioning look on his face before he nudged her neck affectionately. "Where are you going?" The male asked worriedly, eyes wide. Was she leaving him?

Zahra set down Cuxtal and looked at La'keem, then quickly looked at the newcomers. "I.. Don't trust them." She said quietly. She wasn't sure if she should tell him the real reason- She was worried about La'keem liking Peace more than her. Zahra looked in the direction she was heading then glared back at Peace, and grunted lowly. She wished the others never showed up.
