In some cases, yes. Though, there are permanent werewolves out there.

Just to confirm: Werewolf RPs are allowed, however they cannot change back into humans. It's a bit of an iffy subject, but the werewolf would have to stay a werewolf and only be RPed as a werewolf (so much werewolf in one sentence LOL).
