The youngster wiggled in her egg, not hearing the screams and the clawing. She started to shake a bit, not expecting to hatch.

Wish flew above the trees looking for a good spot to nest. She found a good sized apple tree in bloom and landed. "This is beautiful!" She said to herself. Wish loked around and found a abandoned hole. "Perfect!" She went in and looked around. "I will stay her for a bit, If I like it I will stay." she whispered to no one especially.

Emerald bumped into something feathery, the egg shaking and rolling around.

Wish walked up to the edge of the hole and looked around. She heard something strange and jumped onto a branch and looked around. "Huh?" She flew over the tree and looked around. "Hello?" she called.

The chick chirped quietly, but loud enough for a Hycainth Macaw(biggest parrot) to hear her.

The egg started cracking slowly, causing the egg to crack on the other side.

Wish heard a chirp and dived in. She saw a hawk and let out a screech. "Get away! You little.... UGH!" She yelled. "I said GET AWAY!" she yelled ouder and tried to slash the hawk.

The harpy eagle flew past Wish, harmed by the slash. The egg chirped again.
