Hello guys... This probably won't be much of a successful rp... But.. It's worth a try?
Anyway.. I'm a HUGE fan of portal! And I just thought of this really really strange thing...
What if we had a Portal/Aperture Science roleplay?
It wouldn't really introduce the other characters like Wheatley and Glados...
But they could still exist.

CAUTION:
Please note that the originality of this roleplay does not belong to me but belongs to Valve. I just thought a roleplay would be cool.

Anyways... Here is what is going to happen in this rp/the storyboard:

You are a organism of Aperture Laboratories.
You can choose your kind of "Species" of the sort of bots, and also be able to choose a animal body to take.
There are many types of bots...
And many types of work places. Each bot will have a job to do.
In Aperture Laboratories, GLaDOS will be the main AI.
I may make GLaDOS an NPC, Play her myself, Or give her "character" to somebody experienced with roleplaying and knows what Portal is.

Rules:
1. To prove you know what this is, Please post a quote from one of the characters from either Portal 1 or Portal 2 that somebody else has not quoted. And if you just Googled it, you will be easily noticed when role-playing and we expect nobody to ask what exact Aperture Laboratories is. If you don't know what it is, then either do some serious research or don't role-play.
2. Do not godmod. All robots will automatically be reassembled at death by the Reassembling Machine. Currently, nobody will have to roleplay the Reassembling Machine.
3. You may not have any serious interactions with any of the main characters but you may have little history with them if accepted.
4. Follow the rail please, you cannot just roll around at will unless you are a special kind of mechanism.
5. Copy and paste the form and fill out all of it's data.

Extra Notes:
All Personality Cores are told not to disengage themselves from their attachment rail or else they will die.
All Personality Cores can function properly down to a battery of 1.1 volts
Corrupted Cores Are like zombies, they can make other cores corrupted when plugged into the same mechanism
Very rarely, Personality cores are designed with and/or given guns or pincers if it is part of their job.

Sentry Turret

Type: Autonomous gun platform
Equipment: Machine gun, Search laser, Voicebox.
Eye Color: Optional/Red
Extra Notes:
Sentry Turrets cannot move in original portal, But It will be mostly boring if they can't here. They will be able to move, but cannot shoot while moving.
Sentry Turrets need to search for a target before shooting, and have to open before searching.
When knocked over, they usually shut down until set back up again.

NanoBots

Type: Unknown
Equipment: Plug, Small voicebox.
Eye Color: None
Extra Notes
Nanobots are too tiny to even see, but can plug into control panels and help out around hard-to-reach areas.
Their size and serious lack of weight allows them to be able to float around at will.

Central AI Core(Job Taken.)

Equipment: Personality Constructs, PA system, Multitasking Arms + Panels, Pneumatic Diversity Vents, Security cameras, Automatic portal generating frames, Mobile pincers.

Any type of core can be plugged into the chest part of a body. When this is done, the core will have complete control over it.

Watches the smelly humans while they test, They do not talk to them. When humans pass out due to lack of energy, food, or water, The Human Testing Monitors give them Adrenaline, Food, And water shots.
Cleaner
Uses Dragon body to incinerate spare parts such as dead turrets, spare cubes, etc etc.

I'm currently trying to draw a Pteradactyl too .-.

You can if you want, because I am struggling with the wings ;)


(I'd think there wouldn't be many or something, because aperture seems to have a phobia of birds.)

Could I maybe change the outlines a bit to make it more Robotic?

Also.. I'm very happy there's somebody here who knows what Portal is :3

And what did you use to make this? I'm gonna need to know if I'm going to change the outlines. Was it Gimp?
Nevermind I'll just use Flash to make the outlines compatible with it.

Sure, you can do whatever you want with it :3

And yes, it was gimp. And I think the brush size was 0.45.

Portal had a really nice story too, and as soon as I heard Glados (As a potato) copy what Caroline said, I freaked out from joy because I knew/guessed that she used to be human. (Kind of.)
