"Come one SnowPaw, were going to be late for the gathering!" GingerSnap called her apprentice SnowPaw. SnowPaw ran up to her. "I can't wait! I'm finally going to become a warrior!" SnowPaw beamed with delight. "Lets go then." GingerSnap ran off toward the others. SnowPaw ran off toward her sister, GreyPaw. GingerSnap went over to her mom, MoonEyes.

When they reached the gathering GingerSnap took a spot with SnowPaw and GreyPaw. (Im just going to call the leader FrozenStar for now until someone else joins and becomes WindClan Leader.) FrozenStar went up to her place. "We have 2 new warriors today, SnowPaw and GreyPaw. GreyPaw step forward." FrozenStar told her. GreyPaw stepped up and WindClan cheered. GreyPaw did the warrior code. "From this day forward, from the powers of StarClan, I hear by name GreyPaw as GreyTail!" The clan cheered louder. SnowPaw stepped up and did the warrior code. "From this day forward, from the powers of StarClan, I hear by name SnowPaw as SnowFur!" The clan yelled their new names.

Shield slowly got up, her sight blurred. She moaned, shaking her head, only to make it worse. She looked up to the sky to see it was night(?), she didn't know where she was or how she got there. And she was hungry. The kitten moved into a comfortable sitting position and listened. She then heard other cats yelling something. One of the words sounded like Snowfall. She got up and stretched out her legs, then relaxing them. She then began to slowly walk towards where she heard the yelling. Cautiously, she approached the clearing, then, when she saw so many other cats, became scared and ran off into the opposite direction. When she thought she was far away enough she heard a squawk, and looked up to see a huge eagle. Shield yelped and ran underneath and bush, hoping the hawk, or anything else wouldn't see her.

(It's almost night, in human time it's after supper and the moon is rising.)

After all the cats did their announcments the clans split up and went home. GingerSnap stayed at the back of the groups and saw something orange. She looked around to see if any of the cats had seen her and luckily they were out of sight. She poked her head in the bush and saw a tiny kit curled up in the bush. "Hello, im GingerSnap, who are you?"
