Breaking The Chains

The little russet colored female pulled at her chains again and again, each time less effort going into her attempts because energy was ebbing away quickly. Dirt and blood caked her once soft and shiney fur and the feathers on her wings were tattered and ripped. She collapsed exhausted and closed her eyes but before she could fall asleep the large metal door to her cage opened and a scientist walkd in holding a needle. She wanted so badly to fight him off but just couldn't. He crouched beside her and injected the crimson liquid from the needle then turned and left. The female started to shake violently and she couldn't breath and started to gasp and violently writh. Then she stopped and her eyes glazed over, her heart stopped, and she lay in the small dark cell, dead. She had finally broken the chains that held her to this nightmare and set her free.

Plot


You are a wolf that was taken from your home by scientists and put in a cage in a lab. The scientists put you through painful experiments and tests and did wierd things to you. There are many other wolves just like you. Some with wings, some can read your mind, and others can change colors. You and the others want to escape, to break the chains that bind you to the wall of this horrific place. But it seems impossible without dying. The scientists are organizing to send you to a place called iraq to help in a large war. You do not want to go but is there a choice?


Companions


With every wolf came a companion animal to fit them. Every wolf has a unique companion. There is only one of every breed. The wolf and the companion where made to communicate through their minds without speaking aloud.

Appearance: A silvery white wolf with grey socks and ice blue eyes, her ears are tipped with the same grey on her paws, she also has a grey nose and a large, bushy tail. She has a thin body type, making her look fox-ish. She had a birth mark on her left hind leg which used to be black, but constant experimenting with DNA turned it blue(It's the same marking on my avatar's hind leg.). She grew sleek, white wings which were also tipped with grey as injected her with swan DNA. http://i53.tinypic.com/qobp5f.jpg Her colouring kind of looks like this, it has the same eyes and grey tips.
Personality: Very shy and not very assertive, she is very emotional and can give up easily but when those personality traits are pushed aside, she makes a good leader and can organize groups well.
Power(Only 1): She can control water a little bit, being able to turn it into steam.
Custom Power(Only 2 max): She has two stealth traits. She can turn into mist for around 5 minutes until turning back, exhausted, it is possible for her to practice but it is hard. She also seems impossible to see at any far distance-only when she is at a closer distance does she seem visible. It is possible to see her from a far distance, but you must have good eyesight.
Error(Catches fire at random times, isn't mentally stable, etc): Though she has wings, she is scared to fly and she has very low physical endurance, making running or walking for long distances difficult. She gives up too easily and is too emotional and needs other people's encouragement.

The Lab
The lab is a huge white colored facility in the middle of woods in a restricted area that cannot be entered or exited without DNA proof that you belong there. The cages that hold the wolves are void against powers and so you cannot break the cage with them, nor pass through the bars. This does however make them a little weaker than normal glass against brute force.


Weapons used by the Scientists

Electric Catchpole - A catchpole that once looped by an animal's neck can electrocute you.

Metal Band - A band around every animals wrist to prevent them from using there powers. You cannot use your powers when you have this on and if you try to use your powers or take it off you will be shocked.

Shock Band - A metal band that shocks animals, there are four on each limb to prevent an animal from losing one and taking off their Metal Band.

Tracker - Inserted in the animal's mouth, on one of their teeth, it tracks the animal and gives off a signal.
