Misty walked through the vast forest. It was nice and cozy, but a hawk had been flying around earlier. Nobody could let their guard down here. Any moment an Oak clan mouse could jump out and kill her. She had heard of a mouse with the ability to kill anyone. Her name was Sliver, or something. Terrible name, it is. Who would want the name of Sliver? She must be pretty ticked off at her mother, for naming her Sliver. The rat bet that that was where the mouse's mother went. Sliver must have taken care of that problem a while ago.
The former pet walked through the forest with the terrible feeling of fear. Her life was in danger, and she knew it. Camp wasn't far, but her exploring instinct pushed her on.
She was now 10 minutes from camp, quite a ways away. There was a battle going on, which was definitely not the best time to go exploring. The battle had been going on for a while, but there was no telling when an entire army would come barreling out of the bushes, retreating, but killing anything along the way. Misty decided it was time to turn back. It would be a while, so she decided to take it slow anyway.
About halfway through the walk, she could hear a very loud battle.
'Strange,' she thought, 'I was taking the same route earlier and I heard nothing.'
Finally, a thought came to her. Perhaps the battle was getting closer by the minute! The rat darted home like lightning, and nothing would stop her. Misty could hardly defend herself, and a war was not for her.

(Question! What is Asmir doing? Is he dead because of the squirrels, or did he escape? It isn't very clear... Misty might go looking for him in the next post.)

Koi began to yelp, and soon the world was getting white, bright, bright.. Until he soon saw nothing but light. He went closer to the light, closer, until nothing but an empty shell of a chinchilla was left lying on the ground, dead.

I need a new animal, cause mine died.

Name:Tiger.
Gender:Female.
Clan:Willow
Species:Gerbil
Appearance:Image
Personality:Sheepish, kind, and is young. She always tends to try to meet new animals, but usually her shyness takes over.
Other:She is still sort of a 'baby' gerbil. She is a runt.

A dusky scent was in the air, the nearby stream slowly flowing, and the sounds of the bugs in the air made Tiger annoyed. "Bad bugs!" Tiger heard of the silver story. She never wanted to end up like Silver! Tiger saw a pile of seeds in some box like thing, clearly made of something hard. She could escape from the holes, and dived through a hole in the box. She took a seed, ate it, and dived out quickly. She saw a squirrel up in the tree, eating something that was awfully nasty. She tried the 'Acorn' as her mother called it, and hated it! It was a type of 'nut' but if you ask her, it's like eating a dung beetle. She dived quickly away, and saw a war going on, with a body of a chinchilla and a rat on the ground. She squealed, she hated war! The blood, the scratches, the pain, the tears.. the everything. The forest was so harsh, she wish she still had her brother by her side. The terrible No-furs took him away, and put him away forever. She saw a burrow nearby, but it was far away from her clans burrow, but she decided to wander in anyways. She dived in that burrow, and what she saw surprised her. It had scales, slithered, and had big teeth! The creature was eating a dead mouse, and she scurried out of that burrow. There was the battle near it, and she saw a little egg outside the burrow, and she picked it up and ran back to her clans burrow. She plopped the egg down in the burrow, and made a nest in there. She covered the egg with straw, because she saw a bird sitting on an egg before, but she was worried she was going to squish it. She put her ear on it at best, and fell asleep. As she awoke, she saw a little crack in the egg and she was worried she was killing it! It was cracking lots of times, crack, crack, crack.. it still cracked! She was curious if that was supposed to happen or not, and it still cracked, until a little head of a slither creature came out, and it had small teeth!

Misty arrived at Willow clan's camp just in the nick of time to hear the hatching of an egg. It took a few moments to process what exactly the sound was, but when she realized it was the miracle of life, she wasn't at all joyful. The only type of eggs that were laid on the ground were the goose, duck, platypus (Which surely would be a sight) and snake!
Misty rushed into the burrow which she had heard the cracks from. Down she almost tripped, as the way to the bottom was so steep. Before she found the egg, she found the tail of what probably brought it there.
'Oh, shoot!' she thought, obviously something other than disappointed. The snake had already began to slither out of the hollow shell. The creature already had small teeth, and it had it's beady eye on Tiger.
Misty's mouth dropped as she realized that a snake invaded the camp and was now stalking the youngest of the clan! Of course, the fully grown house-pet was usually fed to these things, and always either fighting back, making the thing give up, kill it when it is asleep, or befriend it. This was no time for befriending, more of a "crawl back into the shell and I'll throw you up into the war" time.
"Tiger, you are lucky I got here when I did," Misty informed her, almost caught up in the scaley-creature's squirming. She managed to get it back into the shell, but it would be for long. She would have to drag it up, out of the borrow and set it free. Perhaps honey would help to keep the egg shut while she was climbing.
"Tiger, I need you to get me some honey so I can bring this thing outside."

"Aww! I found this slithery outside of the den out of the territory! I took it! There was another BIG slithery outside of the den! It tried to eat me! Oh yeah, Be right back!" said Tiger, zooming out of the den and she picked up a stick with all her might, and poked a hive a few times. She poked it so many times, yellow and black stripes zoomed after her, and she had her honey on a stick. She ran back to the den, and gave Misty the stick, and running into then nest that she had made to hide from the yellow and black stripes.

Misty struggled as she tried to keep the hatching creature in the egg. Wait, what was this about a big slithery? Oh no. She wasn't going out there, was she? Misty tried to stop her, but she was already out of the den. No stopping Tiger now. She was probably long gone, and that snake probably wouldn't be able to keep up with her anyway. The energetic little one could outrun a hawk, but she was always told not to go outside while one was around. Except for now. The little hatchling could make a meal out of Tiger easily, and it needed to go.
What was taking her so long? Then it hit her smack dab in the noggin. We were out of honey. The only honey nearby was from the hive, which was strictly forbidden. She would be back any minute, but there was no need to scold her. Only Misty, as she was foolish enough to send her out. Finally, the gerbil emerged from the outdoors as buzzing was heard. Of course they were after her. Stupid bees.
Misty could only swiftly apply the honey to the shell and roll it out of the burrow. Oh shoot. The bees were up there. The rat had to think fast. Ugh, what was she to do? She couldn't just ill the baby in front of the young one, especially since she didn't have the heart to kill anything at all. It was her only choice though, besides just wait for the insects to leave the two be. No, by that time, the snake would have found another way out, be it hatching through another side, or crawled through the honey. Oh, she had to get rid of it.
"Tiger, turn around," she demanded.
Misty ripped open the shell, and the snake's body heat plummeted dramatically, as blood trickled from its limp body. The deed was done. The only thing on her mind? What was Tiger going to do?

(Sorry! I have not been very creative lately. More stressed than anything. Ugh...)

Sorry for butting in- but guess who loves rodents- especially GERBILS OMG GERBILS))

Name: Bill
Gender: male
Clan: Willowclan
Species: Gerbil!!!! <3 <3 <3
Appearance: Brown and white (agouti) with black eyes.
Personality: Curious, outgoing, and super friendly
Image
Other:
Bill is a rather plump, typical gerbil with a friendly, homebody disposition and a likeness to create comfortable nests. He is a former pet of a loving young human girl of 8 years, who unwisely took Bill outside to play in the sandbox. Being naturally curious, the gerbil blended into the sand as he explored further and further and eventually made it into the forest, much to the young girl's chagrin.

Name: Cashel
Gender: Female
Clan: Pineclan
Species: Squirrel
Appearance:
Image
Personality: Cashel is the type of rodent who rarely cares what other animals think. She is not exactly self-centered, but other's opinions don't affect her. She is often head-strong and ambitious.
Other:
Born and raised in the forest, this squirrel is a natural fighter and tree-climber.

Tiger heard a hiss of pain, before turning around and seeing a dead slithery. She yelped, seeing as there was a small puddle of red building up on the floor. She stared at Misty, then the small ammount of blood on her fur, and saw what had happend. She has seen dead stuff and there murderers, but never in her life has she seen Misty kill anything. She stared at misty, shivering. "Your just like those other cold blooded murderlers!" before scampering away.
