There is no proof. No nothing. But I killed my friends chick. On purpose I thought she told me I could. But she got mad at me when she came back. I asked another friend what I should do. She said report yourself. So here it goes:

If it was a misunderstanding, then how is the fault pointed to you?
Surely you can kill one's chick if they tell you you can, but if you mistake it then I don't really see why you'd need to be banned. I mean sure she'll be mad but in the end a misunderstanding is simply a misunderstanding.
I guess a "warning" will do.

On another note, it might be best to not kill someone's kids, at least by hitting them...dropping them from the sky would be fine...but what if they were to report you for it even if they told you that you could? I don't know...just putting it out there. Same with killing other people.
