Reporting Fallen - ID: 59582

Alright, So I have noticed Fallen has been banned before for killing players and such and just to say, he has come back
He has been attacking me and a few other players (They have screenshots but arnt able to post htem or dont have forum accounts) He killed us multiple times and in my opinion, Trolls like him cannot be stopped unless banned permanently, I think he has had enough reports that this should be required... though it is up to you guys
