Medic's cave is ONLY for injured,elderly or sick coyotes. And the medics themselves. You get MoonPoints ((Kind of like the pack's currency)) For being on for a certain amount of days in a row and doing your job well. You get 5 MoonPoints when you fill in the form and are accepted. This is what you can get so far with MoonPoints:
A real day off your job:10 MoonPoints
You get a new rank:20 MoonPoints.
