I found the map of WEO, so I thought, why not give those places a name? The picture's pretty big too, mind you.

So next time you want to meet someone, why not use these names? ;] I hang out mostly around Twin Rivers and Condor Caves in World 1.

Sounds like a good idea. Going to move this over to Game Discussions.

Those names are really appropriate. But what about the area underneath "The Lake of youth?"

And the plains to the east, and the lakes in the mountains.

Thanks Kenya, wasn't sure where this was meant to be ;] And okay, I'll think of some more names. I think one of those places you mentioned are prairies, but I can't check right now because I'm having some trouble loading the game :\ But yeah, I'll edit it when I can ;]

Plains: "A large area of flat land with few trees."

Prairie: "A large open area of grassland"

They're generally similar.

If you're thinking up names, it doesn't hurt to ask others' opinions. If we're going to be using them, might as well pick something we're all content with. (Though I couldn't care much less about what it's called, I never get on anymore)

Alright, thanks Quagga. Of course, I welcome any suggestions and opinions, so I'll linger around and see if anymore people reply.

I think the lake in the top left corner should be called "The Lake of Healing", for it has healed me of sickness many times, preventing me from dieing of old age/disease. :D

I've always heard "The Condor Caves" referred to as such. I am curious as to why you named the forest in the upper right hand corner of the map "Bluebird Forest"? Do you come across many Bluebirds there?
I applaud the idea of naming the different areas. c:

I fine the forest to be more of a "bobcat forest" or something more sinister. It is my most common place of death actually...

Not really, it just sounded nice – Bleubird Forest. There's also a online group called The Bluebirds of Silver Forest, so i thought I'd call it that.

The Condor Caves and The Desert are pretty commonly known around here, so those are definite names for those areas. I really like Twin Rivers. And I usually refer to The Windy Moors as The Plains, but either works for me. ^^ Awesome idea, by the way.

I never really used names for the places.. usually I'd say, "Above the waterfall" or "In the forest". NorthWest lake, The main lake, Eastern bear den.. simple and fool-proof directions. x3 But I do like the idea.
