Monitoring body heat as a Blue Bird

Post by Reacher »

Just curious about what everyone thinks is the best way to monitor your body heat as a blue bird? I find no matter what I do, my body heat is always in the red.
I monitor it mostly by washing myself in the lake, although it doesn't seem to do much.

So I figured out that the closer your body heat bar is to the middle, the faster your energy recovers. In the winter I spend a lot of time in the den or nest to stay warm, in the summer I do the same thing but to stay cool. So I think your home is the best bet to monitoring body heat.
