Bots.

For some odd reason, I keep seeing bots on the "Registered Users Online" list.

Their names look somewhat like this:
Yahoo [Bot], and Google [Bot].

These are the only two I've seen so far, but I'm curious what these are. Are they supposed to be here? Are they advertising? What are they here for?
Please answer WEO or Kenya.

I am sure the bots are just stalking us to make sure we are not plotting against them or anything.

Those are the search engine web crawlers used for search indexing.

Yep, no need to worry about them. They're just collecting info for search engines. ;)
