Java hates me

Post by Slueth »

Ok, this isn't completely WEO help, but it does concern WebEarth
and honestly this is the only place I can think of to ask for help.
Has anyone had problems with Java? Everything is enabled as far
as I know, I don't have Norton Antivirus (Because sometimes that
blocks JavaScript) and I've checked to see if I have the lastest
version. It just doesn't run. I see a red x on the WEO screen,
and I know it's java because all other internet games requiring
Java do not work either. Does someone know anything about this?
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, considering it's not completely
WEO themed, but I really need help. I haven't played WebEarth in

You might need to uninstall your old java then update it with the newest version.

Did you uninstall the oldest version or just update it without deleting the old?

Old version is terminated. New version is completely up to date and
properly installed. I think.

Do you have Google Chrome? The cool thing with mine is that it tells me when ever my Plug-ins (Java being one of mine) needs to be updated, and it will send you to the link it wants you to download.
