I have a question, whats the best way to get health back? I have like an inch of health, Anyway to get your health back fast?

I simply keep everything checked for a good bit while I sit out in a den for a while.
I think spamming the "sleep" button may shorten the time, but I've never studied it.

Spamming sleep does speed it up, but keep in mind this will deplete stomach / fat.

If you click the sleep button and have food nearby to eat off of when your hunger/food bar goes down, you'll convert it to health.
