I need to make a nest and i can't find a tree without parasites. Is having a nest with parasites Okay. and whenever i find a tree without parasites it's already been taken by another bird.

Once you build a nest, you can shake them out!

Yeah, no need to worry about the Parasites. Once you start building a nest, you can click on it and there should be a button to shake off the parasites.
